Dutch lawyer in jail for 7 months for filing a lawsuit against the government and Bill Gates over Covid vaccine damage:

Dutch lawyer Arno Van Kessel - Netherlands:

Arno van Kessel, together with colleague Peter Stassen, acted as the lawyer for a group of Dutch citizens who claim they suffered injuries from the COVID-19 vaccines. He filed a civil lawsuit in the District Court of Leeuwarden against the Dutch State, former Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Bill Gates, and others. Van Kessel argued that Bill Gates, through his foundation, played a major role in the development, funding, and global promotion of the mRNA vaccines as part of a larger "COVID project" or "Great Reset" agenda. The plaintiffs allege that Gates and the other defendants failed to adequately warn about the risks, resulting in vaccine injuries without proper informed consent. In the procedural phase, Van Kessel successfully pleaded that the Dutch court has international jurisdiction over Bill Gates, even though he lives in the United States. n October 2024, the Leeuwarden court ruled that it is competent to hear the case against Gates and ordered him to pay part of the legal costs. Van Kessel tried to introduce expert witnesses (such as Sasha Latypova and Catherine Austin Fitts) who would testify that the vaccines should be regarded as a bioweapon or experimental product with deliberate harm. He claimed that the vaccination campaign violated the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and the Dutch Constitution by infringing on bodily autonomy and the right to informed consent. The core of the case is about establishing liability for vaccine injuries and seeking justice and compensation for the victims. In June 2025, Arno van Kessel was arrested during a police raid and has been held in pre-trial detention since; his partner Peter Stassen has continued the proceedings alone, with further hearings scheduled in 2026.
